On Saturday 21 July, Nick Fudge, Local Campaigner for Minster Ward, hosted the first Minster community litter pick in Courage Park and Swallows Croft.
Working alongside local residents, Reading Conservatives were able to clear 10 black bin bags worth of rubbish, including syringes, broken glass and large amounts of fly-tipping.
It is understood that illegal fly-tipping is an increasing issue in Minster and Nick will be going door to door, encouraging residents to report it to Reading Borough Council.
